We are looking for a Head of our PYP Department who wants to stimulate student's creativity and natural curiosity. Join our experienced and diverse PYP team as a part of International School Hilversum (ISH). Head of Primary Department/PYP Coordinator (FTE 1,0)
- You have a recognized (DUO authorized) teaching qualification.
- You have experience in leading teams in a primary school.
- You have experience with teaching IB PYP.
- You have a multidisciplinary interest(s) and would be keen to get involved in school life beyond just your role.
- You live in the Netherlands and have a work visa or European/NL passport.
You will join the PYP Department as Head of the PYP, PYP coordinator and as teacher.
You are responsible, with your colleagues, for designing the curriculum, overseeing relationships with parents and the upper school.
The team is experienced and well established and you will receive guidance and support.
We are particularly interested in candidates that have a proven track record in leadership roles.

Salary will depend on your background and experience in accordance with the Dutch CAO-VO. This includes benefits like a year-end bonus and travel allowance.
We cannot offer international relocation costs or housing.
